ORDERS AND ORDER PROCESSING
Order Confirmation
Once an order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your credit card has been approved, shipping + billing information have been verified, and stock availability has been confirmed, your order will be accepted and the item(s) will be shipped. You will receive a second email notifying you that the purchased item(s) has been shipped.
Product Availability
We strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible as you shop. However, in the event that an item is not in stock, you will be notified via email that the order is unable to be filled. Should this occur, the full amount of the purchase will be returned to your credit card.

Products purchased from d e k k o r i online arrive suitable for gift giving. Your d e k k o r i pieces are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a d e k k o r i signature box. We do not offer additional gift wrapping services at this time.

Please note that we currently only offer shipping to the domestic U.S.
Order Processing Time
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic U.S. will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 pm PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders processed after 1 pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please take into account processing times noted above, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). The day of pick up does not count as a day in shipping time. You will receive a UPS tracking number along with the shipping confirmation email at the end of the day your order ships. Please use the tracking number to get an estimated delivery date. d e k k o r i, llc. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Shipping Method + Costs Within Domestic US
d e k k o r i uses UPS for delivery and offers UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day service for all domestic orders. You will be contacted by email with an UPS tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout and will vary depending on the number of items purchased, where your order is being shipped and the types of shipping method chosen. Please review the entire order before confirming your purchase.
·Ground Delivery: All ground orders should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 1 pm PST.
·2nd Day Delivery: Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 1 pm PST. Please note 2 day orders placed after 1 pm PST Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
·Overnight Delivery: Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 1 pm PST. Shipping Restrictions
d e k k o r i does not offer weekend delivery and is unable to ship to military APO/FPB addresses nor P.O. boxes, which are not available through UPS.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER
All orders require an adult signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchased items passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (i.e. as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by such designated recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by d e k k o r i and accept this transfer of responsibility. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully for damage. Try your merchandise gently to avoid any scratches or other damage to the product.
d e k k o r i, llc. will apply 9.5% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California and 8.875% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of New York.
By purchasing merchandise from d e k k o r i, llc., you agree that any legal or equitable claim against d e k k o r i, llc. arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Import Duties and Taxes
Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The additional taxes are not included in the shipping charges we quote you. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from d e k k o r i, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. d e k k o r i will not falsify the cost of goods for international orders to circumvent customs and duty fees. Shipments marked as gifts will also display the estimated value of the goods. If an international package is refused upon delivery and returned to d e k k o r i, the customs and shipping costs associated with that return will be debited from the customer's refund.
EXCHANGES + RETURNS
d e k k o r i wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept exchanges or returns on merchandise within 14 days from the time you receive your order, minus shipping charges. We can only exchange/return items purchased from the d e k k o r i online store and returned in its original packaging in new and unused condition. The d e k k o r i box must be shipped back to us in an outer box, as it was originally sent to you. Any returns with damages to the product or without its original packaging may be refused, sent back to you or could result in a fee.
Shipping and handling changes on exchange or return shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx, who will provide a tracking number and automatic insurance with each shipment. d e k k o r i will not be responsible for exchanges or returns lost in transit. Any packages that arrive COD will be refused or the COD shipping charges will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.
Exchange or Return Procedure
To Begin: DOWNLOAD YOUR EXCHANGE + RETURN FORM HERE Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice with your online purchase order # with your shipment along with a completed EXCHANGE + RETURN FORM. Once your exchange or return merchandise has been shipped please email orders@dekkori.com with the tracking # of your package. The Exchange + Return Address can be found on the EXCHANGE + RETURN FORM.
Exchanging for New Size
If you are exchanging your d e k k o r i for a new size of the same style you originally ordered, please email orders@dekkori.com to confirm the new size you want is available. We cannot guarantee that your size will be available until your original merchandise is received, and you will be contacted if there are any additional problems.
Exchanges for New Style
If you want to exchange your d e k k o r i for a different style in full, we will refund your original purchase and will charge your credit card for the new item requested.
Processing Times
We will process your exchange within 7~10 business days. Please allow 10 business days for processing your return and crediting your credit card. Please note that your bank may require additional days to post this transaction to your account before you may see the credit.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Cancellations + Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify your order please send an email as soon as possible to: orders@dekkori.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our Exchanges + Return instructions and return your purchase once you have received it.
Adding to Your Order
If you wish to add merchandise to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together. At times, however, we will not be able to accommodate this circumstance and will have to ship separately.
